About Me
I am an instructor in the School of Library and Information School at San Jose State University. I teach in the Youth Services Division. I love teaching students who are studying to be librarians or information specialists but my focus on children and young adults is what I love to do so I love my job. In my former lives I have been a teacher, a school librarian and a public librarian. All surrounded working with kids that were tween or teen in ages. I am an avid reader of YA and Children's literature. My fields of research are disassociated youth and information learning behaviors in teens. I am also a storyteller/storyhour performer.
